    The BCBA fully covers the cost for pastors to attend the annual Pastor’s Conference at Green Bay Bible Camp.

  • Counselling & Mentorship

    The BCBA offers pastors free counselling and mentorship support with a professional counsellor, coach or spiritual director.

  • Pastors Connect

    The BCBA offers a monthly meeting on Zoom where Dave Mohr and our BCBA pastors meet for a time of connection, support and prayer.

  • Sabbatical

    The BCBA provides churches up to $1500 every seven years to help with expenses while their pastor is away on sabbatical.

  • Preaching Network

    The BCBA offers a collaborative network for pulpit supply so pastors can support and learn from each other.

  • Marriage Retreats

    The BCBA provides up to $500 every two years for pastors and spouses to get away together. Singles grants are also available.

  • Insurance

    The BCBA offers a comprehensive insurance plan for church staff.
